4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All rights in the Application are owned by Cvita.
• User Content: You retain ownership of the content you post and grant us a license to display it.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cvita shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
